Before letting users go they would offer a month of free gold. They no longer do that. How does a site expect to stay afloat if the users are not allowed to exchange messages when they always have before this. I called customer service to ask about the new changes. The person swore me down that it has always been that way, so I brought it to his attention about several of my previous message exchanges where he could clearly see that there was a great exchange of messages before this ridiculous change was made. They don't show you all the extra cost when you get taken to their upgrade" page for a gold membership. With gold membership you basically cannot do much for than a free member can. Total scam. You have to purchase other features at a high cost to be able to view pics/vids, email members, chat with members, watch live stream, etc. They won't put all the options and costs on a single page for you to see and make an educated choice. They hook you with a gold membership and they try to upcharge you on the other features. If you do buy a gold membership and are upset the the upcharges you can get a refund from them but chatting with the online help or calling customer support. The bock does nothing and I've blocked them MANY times. 3rd, The App got uninstalled by my phone because it's malware, besides all it does is take you to the crappy website. So I went into my account, Billing History and tried to SET to OFF Standard Contacts. But it is NOT possible to SET IT OFF. They would nw continue to charge you until you die. I contacted VISA and they said, they know this firm and that there are all the time problems and the only way to get rid of them charging you is to get a new VISA card with a new card.
